Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I admit I'm a spa addict and for me, it makes my holiday to have a spa treatment.
Sea spa itself is fine - the saltwater pool, jets, sensory and sauna rooms are all good and a great place to relax and chill.
The spa rooms are well equipped and the products used are divine BUT - having a massage in a room with a window and bright lights to me is strange. Surely there should be subdued lighting to help the feeling of relaxation with soothing background music? One treatment room had a cd of what can only be described as songs from the shows which had a drumbeat going. Hardly soothing sounds to help you drift away. Another therapist opened the window as she said the rooms got very hot but that meant you could hear the sounds of people outside playing games. And the practice of therapists remaining in the room while you stripped off was odd. Admittedly, they held a towel up in front of their eyes but generally therapists leave the room to allow you to disrobe in private. The pre-chill out and post relax in the lovely relaxation rooms was great but the two treatments I had were less relaxing and nurturing than the ones in the salon within my local sports centre. And twice the price!
By the way, LAlton reviewed this spa and mentioned pain. I too had some uncomfortable moments despite asking for a gentle massage and had to ask the therapist to lighten her pressure - this is not good practice.
On reflection, I probably, would only use the sea spa but save my money on the treatments is I go again.

Went with the Body Replenish offer (thermal suite, full body massage and lunch) and had a super relaxing half day!
Really enjoyed the facilities & treatment and cannot wait to go back.
Ensure you get there at least 15 min before booking time so you don’t waste any of your spa time.

My idea of a real treat is The Early Bird in the Sea Spa,starting at 9am, when you have dropped the children to schoo! and it finishes with the most delicious Buffet Lunch. The Therapists are very professional and informative but not too intrusive. Treament includes facial and Body Massage.
If you need a bit of pampering it is deffinately the answer!

You can wear your robe down to the Spa, which is great, especially if having a massage. The lovely friendly FIDELMA explained everything to us and we had a great hour trying the thermal suite out. The stand-up jacuzzi and outside jets and hot-tub were great. Then Heaven awaits.... SAMANTHA and SHEILA gave us two excellent massages... we then just relaxed. Would love this every week! It was great there were only a few at the time we visited, hence plenty of 'trying out' of steam room, sauna and the pool area-BLISS! Would be very surprised if you didn't enjoy this experience. THANK YOU ALL!!

Received the best massage ever here therapist really catered it for my personal needs even tho it wasn't exactly what I booked in for. She concentrated on my problem areas and used just the right amount of pressure. I love a firm massage it's quite often difficult to get this. The thermal suites were amazing with a fabulous indoor outdoor sea water pool it was so relaxing. I couldn't say a bad word about any of it I really really enjoyed it and I have been to lots of spas.

My daughters and myself go here for a bit of pampering and boy do Sea Spa know how to pamper! The sea water pool, extending outdoors is an experience. The treatment rooms are gorgeous and when all the pampering is over the tea arrives in the lounging areas. That is another wow. Chamomile & honey was the last one we sipped....and sipped and did not want to leave
