Went there yesterday and really enjoyed the visit. Spent most of the day there on the tour hosted by guide Bridín Nolan who was both knowledgeable and entertaining, followed by 'panning for gold' and archery. Well worth the visit.

This place has hardly changed in 15 years. No animals in any of the buildings for authenticity, no re-enactments, no characters walking around. Just a token wood fire burning in the odd location. Best part of trip was the archery which we had to pay...More
