This tower is in the heart of Waterford and is impressive. The history is amazing. The tower is ancient and you feel like you’re going back in time when you climb to the upper floors. It’s in walking distance to pubs, etc.

Part of the viking sites in waterford. Very small, but interesting to see. Was closed but I'm not sure that we missed anything. You can walk up and examine closely

Interesting little museum full of artifacts. There were a few interactive displays and some nice views from the top of the tower.

I expected a little more, but all in all it was a pleasant enough visit. I particularly enjoyed the film at the beginning which gave a brief history of the town. Not that much to see int eh way of exhibits, but still interesting.

Hi, as mentioned it depends on how your claustrophobic tolerance is. The stairwell is narrow and round, each of the floors are wide open, so no problem there.

Hi, you cannot purchase tickets in advance for Reginald's Tower, you can for the Medieval Museum and the Bishop's Palace. The tour of Reginald's Tower takes about 45 minutes.
