Everything you need to know about Waterford all in the one place. It takes you from pre viking invasion to recent times . A proper history with a changing backdrop that is the architectural masterpiece of the medieval museum's facade to the underground old city to the bishop's Palace & town Hall. There is something here to interest everybody no matter what their age.

Brilliant museum with so many interesting and unique artefacts, including the first book written in English and Henry VIII's hat and sword. Highly recommend the free guided tour which brought it to life.

We had a lovely time on our staycation on this tour. I didn’t catch the tour guides name but he was really informative, witty and entertaining and everyone on the tour enjoyed themselves. The priest robes are amazing, well worth a visit. Fantastic to be able to discover some museums and galleries within Ireland, places like this have made me really appreciate what we have here.
