About
Eagles Flying is a scientifically run Wildlife Sanctuary specializing on Birds of Prey and Owls. We focus on "hands on" interaction between our well trained animals and our visitors. During our educational flying demonstrations members of the audience can have a bird of prey land on their hand or have Eagles, Falcons, Hawks or Vultures stoop inches over their heads while Scientists inform in a friendly and fun way. Our visitors can also visit our unique "Touch-Zoo" where they can play and pet "Tui & Alan" our Foxes, get pick pocketed by "Grizzly" our tame Raccoon, have "Monty" our 4 meter Python around their shoulders or get up close and personal with any of the other unusual animals. Get closer than you have ever been to the masters of the sky. Eagles Flying really is an unforgettable experience and a must see for people of all ages and interests.

    Fun and informative visit
Went with family and the kids whose ages ranged from 9-15. The young staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They are able to deliver a lot of information while taking part in the live show, and manage to do so keeping all ages present entertained and involved. There is a petting zoo at the end also.

    A must visit.
This is a great place to visit. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The tour and the show itself is a great way to learn about what they do at the sanctuary. It is a great opportunity to see the birds up close and flying around as they'd do in the wild.

    Absolutely worth doing!
A lovely stop on our trip. Incredibly dedicated, professional, mission-driven people working there. The woman giving the presentation was engaging and humorous and I’m sure that all of us learned at least one or two new things. The birds were beautiful and inspiring!

    Awesome visit
What a really awesome experience we had here. We were recently in Provins, France to see Les Aigles des Rapaces and thought it would be too difficult to top that. But this was just super. We all got to hold and interact with these raptures and presented by two great presenters, both so knowledgable and personable. The price is worth every penny considering they receive no gov support. And on top of that the pet farm houses some great creatures and you get to touch and hold them - skunks, mice, rabbit, goats and the pigs roam about. All these animals are very well cared for. We will definitely be back.

    A great experience
While at a mid term stay in Sligo with my family we visited the Eagle flying. This was a great experience, my kids are aged 7 and 4 and they loved it. Aisling was our guide, she knew her stuff and she has such passion for what she does. Everyone if they want can have a turn of letting the birds perch on your arm. The petting area is small but plenty of animals to feed & pet. We all really enjoyed this and would recommend it as a place to visit. The car park is a little bit of a walk away so give yourself a little extra time to arrive. It was pretty mucky because of the extensive rain fall so bring wellies if visiting in the winter.

    Absolutely wonderful experience!
We were a group of 5 family members who went to this wonderful place and every one of us thought it was amazing. The birds of prey show was so interactive- - all of us got to experience the birds landing on us. Our guide Jenny was brilliant- her love for the animals and her entertaining stories made listening to her a treat. She gave us such a lot of useful information about each bird. We also loved the petting farm where we were thrilled to hold a skunk! The whole experience will be a highlight of our Ireland trip!
