Esker Hills, Tullamore, Co. Offaly is regarded as one of Ireland's leading inland golf courses. It is a challenging championship golf course where no two holes are remotely alike. Absolutely wonderful golf course that has everything from elevated tee boxes to elevated greens. Challenging and keeps you thinking right through. Stunning scenery too. Ray treated us like royalty with his warm hospitality. Even got to meet the man himself , Shane Lowry , which was a great bonus. Highly recommend

I played the course as part of a group of 27 the weekend before last. The course was a great challenge and thoroughly enjoyable. The atmosphere in the club house on Sunday evening was great with live... More

We played this course twice recently, we received a really warm welcome and enjoyed the beautiful course. It was very challenging but makes you think about your game. Well done Esker Hills.

A friendly place with cold beer, good food, and awesome music. We didn't golf, but the course looked beautiful.

Played a round today and the four of us really enjoyed it. The course was in great condition and that is with storm doris passing through this week. Always an enjoyable experience with a helpful and friendly staff. We'll be back for augusta weekend. Keep up the great work in esker.

Absolutely smashing course, staff were really good, gave us a free coffee half way round, couldn't do enough to keep us happy. Really challenging course, even tougher in windy conditions. Unlike any course you will ever play, would highly reccommend.

Esker Hills the golf home of Shane Lowry this is the place to be. It is a wonderful challenge in fablous sourrindings if you love a good walk as part of your golf you wont find better, and if the challenge is to much for you there are many buggies available to ease the task

Over from Scotland for a few days to see family and played here for the first time. The test of a course at this time of year for me is always in the quality of the greens; they were immaculate and very professionally maintained. The design of the course is also first rate, with lots of interesting holes where no... More
