I would recommend this over my experience to Knowth because you can actually enter the grave site and experience it.

We had planned to go to the large, well known, megalithic burial tombs at Bru Na Boinne. But, as well, my partner found out about Four Knocks on the web, so we thought we'd check it out. Glad we did. This is not easy to...More

Found out about this by chance. When we were unable to visit Newgrange we opted to look for this site. Followed instructions on the sign to collect the keys from a lovely lady. We visited the site and stayed about half an hour. Although it...More

Our first destination after arriving in Dublin was Fourknocks Passage Tomb. For this you arrive at the sight and get the driving directions to pick up the key. Had a good laugh when looking for the house! The house next door, which I thought was...More

We went at dusk and it was so good we went back in day light. Key is kept a distance away go straight do not go left at the dog leg. It's surprising big inside but bring a torch.

I think seeing Newgrange Farm first and gaining the knowledge regarding its construction and use help me better appreciate this site. Real plus is being by yourself inside versus the group experience at Newgrange. Warning because it is not an easy place to find and...More

Tucked away from the other sites and located on a private property. Very quite and interesting place to visit.

Waited in front of mr white's house for 2 hours. Went to a neighbor they couldn't help. Frustrated. I really wanted to see it. If mr whites is not home I guess there's nothing you can do.

It is a very small place. It is not an easy place to find and get to. You may need just 30 min once you get there. It is on a private property.
