You must visit this A really good day out to see the museum only cost four euros lovely restaurant to see the battlefields and the surrounding area that take your breath away speechless really good day

This is a fabulous spot. Beautiful views. Great walking. But why oh why does it close at 5pm during summer (earlier in the non summer months). Such a waste on these glorious evenings !

If you live in Ireland and are interested in historical sites look into getting a Heritage Card from the Office of Public Works, Oldbridge included. But you can spend a pleasant afternoon in the gardens and walking the grounds without going into the house.

Fantastic gardens,the walkways are also very enjoyable and the coffee shop has some really nice food too! I had the salmon and leek quiche with cous cous, coleslaw, rocket and a coffee. The portions are very large (happy days) and we will definitely return here...More
