The gardens here are the nicest I've been to, really well looked after. There is a number of places to go for peaceful walks. Parking is free.

Turns out my ancestors fought in this battle which made this more personal. Beautiful site, coffee shop, visitor center, gardens and a beautiful museum with an interactive battle recreation. Plan on about 90 minutes of your time.
