We are an nearly 70 and 80 year olds and we had no problem, although we do cycle once a week at home. The only real hill is coming into Westport. It's a great day out. Highly recommended.

Hi Julie,
We have sit on top double kayaks that would work, but we dont start with those until July at Old Head Beach about a 10 minute drive from town!
Our sea kayaking tours are for 14yrs plus.
