A real feeling of how is it to go aboard a ferry to an island. Helpful staff. Accurate. You can take your bike with you o the ferry

15 min boat journey..only 160 people living on Island... one shop and two eating places...only downside there was no one to guide you once off boat and everything had to be done by foor or bike.

We had a very rough and wet crossing. Thankfully it only lasted 20 minutes. It was a very busy day on the island and the ferries seem to be going back and forward as fast as they could during the morning to make sure everybody...More

Was a pleasure to use the ferry. The staff all very helpful. The journey was lovely and relaxing. Only down was no sign of dolphins but can't blame anyone for that!

We had a 6 month old with us and crew very helpful and friendly. Short, 15 mins, trip out to Clare Island which is lovely and well worth a visit. Road to Roonagh from the main road took us longer than expected, mostly single track...More

They got as there as they promised; easy to book in advance. Not much in the way of service in Roonagh or at Clare Island, but they were friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicest islands of the coast of Ireland, people are very friendly and the scenery and beaches are breathless. Well worth a day trip or a nights camping.

We travelled to Clare Island for the day with 2 babies in prams, the crew were very helpful, carrying the prams on to and off the ferry for us. The Ireland itself is beautiful for a walk around however there isn't much to do other...More
