Well worth a visit to see the ultimate scarifice paid by strong minded and thankless individuals. These names are someones Son, Daughter, Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Husband & Wife. Very relaxing and thought provoking.just outside the town of Castlebar and within walking distance of the town. The park was kept really clean and you would find it very easy to spend a couple of hours. Next food to Macdonalds so that was lunch sorted for the children.

The memorial was at the side of a very busy road but somehow you forget this when you are there. found it very interesting reading the information on all the memorials and it certainly made me think.
