I took the tour with my university as part of our Food science study, the program was clear before the start of the trip and it was very well organized. The guide is knowledgeable, extremely friendly and nice. We were exposed to different sides and sceneries of the country were havn't seen. Every company or small local business , chocolate, wine, meat and cheese industries we visited was very welcoming and generous in sharing their work and products for our tasting buds. The Family house visit at the end of the tour was just amazing, to relax, eat, socialize and enjoy the taste of Ireland. Highly recommend!

I went on this tour on August 5th. A great day out meeting craft and artisan producers of food and drink, with an incredible backbone of Ireland's ancient culture and history. Dermot and Bronagh led the tour with infectious enthusiasm and left you wanting to go back again. There was plenty of opportunity to pause and chat to the passionate producers and hear their backstory and plenty of samples! All in all a very informative and enjoyable day, tasting the best of food and drink.
