We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great to be out and experience the lovely walk along the Boyne river and to get in the feel of the vastness in a truly beautiful area!

Love crossing the Boyne Viaduct. Makes one want to hear the story of what the bridge is supposed to be made from. Always used to hear this story as a child. Love to cross here on the Belfast to Dublin Enterprise train as i think most travellers do of all ages.

From the footbridge you get a nice view of the Railway Bridge that travels between Dublin & Belfast along with getting a look at the local Port. I even saw an Otter in this river further up stream one day as well

I am a member of a rowing club in Ðrogheda, this would be a main feature for us as we row under it in every training session. There is work being done on it at present, great rowing under it as trains are going over it.

A beautiful Victorian railway bridge spanning the mythical River Boyne. Constructed in 1855 it had to be placed on bales of cotton as the River kept flooding the foundations. Standing under one of it's arches proves why when it was completed it was considered one of the architectural wonders of it's time. Gorgeous.

The bridge with 15 arches built in 1855 in only 2 years and is well worth taking in the view. There is a story that the builder used cotton wool as a foundation.

This is a bridge I use to walk over after being to night clubs and spent my childhood on it’s a landmark for the town of Drogheda and links the north and south

What makes that bridge special is its story. So if you'll pass by Drogheda, spend some time to sit, see the bridge and read the story behind it. You'll certainly love it.

One of the great sights of Drogheda. If you are going by rail you can't miss it and if you are in town you can't miss it as it towers over everything. A great engineering feat.
