    Family fun
    Great fun for all the family. Wonderful, attentive and very friendly staff who even managed to get our 3 year old skating, kind of!. All the children really loved it and gained great confidence. Very good covid protocols - hand sanitizer outside the toilets would have been useful though! Thanks for a wonderful 2 hours fun.. will be back hopefully.

    My 10 yr old daughter loved it. Stayed 2 hrs. They played 1 limbo game and had 1 dance competition. Great value. Hwever Felt the place could do with a good freshen up. The staff were friendly but lacked enthusiasm with the kids on the floor and when playing both games. Also the music could be more suited to the audience.. and kids. Was a lot of the same unknown rap music. However having said that.. my daughter really enjoyed it and will be back.

    Just had a small kids party here.all kids had a wonderful time.the staff were great especially the manager who was fantastic,even though busy place still very pleasant and patient.theres also staff on the floor who were great with kids and gave them a few tips.overall,all went well and nothing bad to say!

Nice place but v unhigenic, dirty bathrooms dining area etc. Friendly staff but seem unmotivated and lazy, place has potential.

Great fun for all the family. Wonderful, attentive and very friendly staff who even managed to get our 3 year old skating, kind of!. All the children really loved it and gained great confidence. "Terrible" would be a generous term.

Absolutely shocking service, staff are clearly miserable and incredibly unenthusiastic. I was served by a young girl and was simply appalled at the blatant rudeness and utter disregard for her role in customer service. She gave off the attitude that simply doing her job and dealing with paying customers was an immense inconvenience to her, as it briefly interrupted the conversation with her colleague, who was stuck to her phone! Having been greeted by a moody teenager with a terrible attitude, my already underwhelming experience here was instantly soured. I then made the realization that absolutely no social distancing guidelines were being observed or enforced, with a crowd far too large to be crammed into that space. it is clear that the lady in charge is irresponsible, unenthusiastic at best, and evidently couldn't care less for customer satisfaction/well-being once a profit is generated!

Great staff great fun for all ages

Recently went there after the lockdown and it was a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helped teach my friend's and I how to skate and it was a great experience. Fun for all ages

Great family outing

Recent visit here and we all loved it. Great sized rink. Good music, very important for teenagers. Staff were really friendly. Kids loved the games and dance routines staff engaged them in. Really brilliant trip for older kids.

Was here at the weekend for a hen party and we had a blast. Had a mixed age range so while some were (attempting to) skate, the others were enjoying a drink in our private party room or laughing at the rest of us out on the floor. We had a great dance and played limbo!
