Absolutely shocking service, staff are clearly miserable and incredibly unenthusiastic. I was served by a young girl and was simply appalled at the blatant rudeness and utter disregard for her role in customer service. She gave off the attitude that simply doing her job and dealing with paying customers was an immense inconvenience to her, as it briefly interrupted the conversation with her colleague, who was stuck to her phone! Having been greeted by a moody teenager with a terrible attitude, my already underwhelming experience here was instantly soured. I then made the realization that absolutely no social distancing guidelines were being observed or enforced, with a crowd far too large to be crammed into that space. it is clear that the lady in charge is irresponsible, unenthusiastic at best, and evidently couldn't care less for customer satisfaction/well-being once a profit is generated!

We took our daughter to this place for first time, she's an avid ice, inline & roller skater years of experience, after just 15 mins on the floor she snagged on an uneven floorboard and ended up in plaster on her right foot. Needless to say we wont be going there again. Manager couldn't have cared less he showed no concerned whatsoever and didn't even talk to us and no refund either! Avoid this place if you care for your health.

As a Canadian on skates since she was 3 years old, I was surprised by how hard roller skates were. And how different.
I think great for a party or event, as it's pretty quiet on a random free skate. Fun though!

Was here at the weekend for a hen party and we had a blast. Had a mixed age range so while some were (attempting to) skate, the others were enjoying a drink in our private party room or laughing at the rest of us out on the floor. We had a great dance and played limbo!

We arranged our daughter's 9th birthday party at RollerJam. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The session as 2 and a half hour's long. Everyone had a great time.

We went to rollerjam last weekend and had a ball! great music, lights and atmosphere. staff were very friendly & helpful also. would recommend to anyone who is looking for a family activity.

Was brilliant fun for those who enjoyed skating as a kid. Other's who were first-timers weren't so confident on the skates and so opted out early! It's not for everyone and the food can take a while to be ready so order it in time (20 mins or so before ready to eat it)!

Nice place but v unhigenic, dirty bathrooms dining area etc. Friendly staff but seem unmotivated and lazy, place has potential.

Recently went there after the lockdown and it was a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helped teach my friend's and I how to skate and it was a great experience. Fun for all ages
