Came out to the university from town for a walk about. Went back to the sports pitches and their was an ultimate frisbee tournament going on. Thoroughly enjoyed watching a game and then took the River Walk back to town.

Perfect place to go if you are looking for a nice walk that's out of the city but not too far. So many different avenues and routes to go with plenty to see too. Really love returning here every time we are in Limerick.

I have visited the campus at least four times and there is lots to see. Great grounds for walking around, exhibitions in the Concert Hall - saw two this visit, one of water colours and the other of photographs. We got 304 bus from the city out and it took about 20 minutes off peak.

The Concert Hall has frequent performances - we went to a first rate classical music concert. The auditorium has excellent acoustics. And Plassey house has a top class restaurant - see restaurant reviews

Brought my son here for the October open day and was very impressed. I wished that I was the one thinking of going. There seems to no need to leave the campus, all your need is available on site. Bars,Cafes, library, bank machines, bicycles, gym, swimming pool, the list goes on.
