Excellent shopping opportunity at the large craft centre which has many genuine Irish produce and craft to purchase. Excellent cafe upstairs and very good facilities. The working craftsman and women behind the shops are worth visiting as is the garden of the house.

intending to visit the National Craft Gallery, the opening times were conspicuously displayed beside the door. It should have been open- but was locked- This is disappointing. DON'T TRUST THE ADVERTISED OPENING TIMES.

What an interesting and stimulating way to step back into time and visit craftsperson after craftsperson in their individual shops and studios, in this complex across from the castle.

A fantastic & wide variety of Irish craft on offer. Small studio offerings as well as a good selection of items from across Ireland. Well worth visiting.

The craft center is located in the stable and carriage house for the Kilkenny Castle. It is a lovely venue but is not up and running completely. Many shops are not open. Prices are also higher than in other shops in town

It is on the smaller side for one of the national museums/sites but if your in Kilkenny it is worth a stop. Don't think I would go out of my way to visit. But it does have some interesting crafts or displays

The artisan goods are displayed in a beautiful way, the shop people were knowledgable and helpful. The actual facility is a wonderful, clean, bright facility. Would recommend anyone to visit!

We enjoyed the interesting and well curated works on display while we were there. A full exploration added a great deal (we met a talented and very nice potter in one of the yards).

Pretty buildings right across the street from Kilkenny Castle. Nice but typical items for sale. Not what I expected but not terrible either.
