A lot of restoration has gone into this castle, and it is definitely worth the stop! Amazing art, and replication goes down to the *wallpaper* artists created to mimic the original style. Such a neat place to visit.

Kilkenny Castle is definitely worthy of a stop; the level of restoration is beyond impressive. The were available and responsive to all questions that helped to explain the family's history (in the portrait hall).
