Walking through Kilkenny castle was wonderful. We learned so much about the history and even saw the second largest long room which was magnificent. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly!

Our group of 5 seniors took a tour of this lovely castle. The inside is lovey. They have done a very good job of restoring much of the original artifacts and furniture. Make sure you ask a lot of questions so that you can understand...More

A must see when you are in Kilkenny. Beautiful inside and out. The tour is well worth the fee and the grounds are very extensive with excellent Walkways and planted areas

Loved our visit to the castle in the height of summer 2018, fascinating history. It wasn't overly crowded, easy enough to get around. Lovely to see people enjoying themselves seated on the grass outdoors, lots of families having picnics, a great place for it. Really...More

I would do Kilkenny, but not just for the castle. The town is rich I history and great to walk around. The town was never burned down like most other towns, so the layout has small ally ways that show the towns age.The... More
