My girlfriends and I had an amazing private food and heritage tour. Jason was very responsive and helped craft a tour with the right timing and food options that would work with different dietary restrictions of our group. He introduced us to several different community members who shared their stories and also to a variety of historic sites as well. We felt like we had a little bit of insider access and could not have crafted something like that ourselves! Eating at the design center was incredible, with an amazing seafood chowder and GF chocolate cake; the Truffle fairy had delicious chocolates, tea at the Jerpoint lost town was yummy (as was the anecdotes about the history on their farm), and we had an amazing plate of vegan food at the Cutting Edge. I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing the region around Kilkenny with a very personal touch!

We did the foodie tour last week with a group of about 8 other people, and each and everyone of us had one of the best experiences ever!!!! Our guide, Jason was knowledgable, funny, charming and an all round great guy, who had the patience to answer everybody’s questions and tell stories about the history of the various places we went to, of which there where many, once at the venues the owners would take over and guide us through the many wonders on offer.
This was quite simply exceptional value for money and should be on every bodies itinerary for their visit to Kilkenny.

The food was amazing and the tour guide was great fun, the highlight was meeting all the owners and chefs in each place.

The kilkenny foodie tour was brilliant. We went to loads of places i never would have known about... and of course ate so much delicious food! It was a really interesting few hours, led by our fantastic guide, Jason (who is great fun and very courteous). I would definitely recommend this to everyone going to kilkenny and even hope to do the tour again some time myself.

What a super tour. Delicious food and great banter from our brilliant guide Jason. Lashed rain but it didn’t take from us enjoying the amazing food and great craic. Kilkenny is awash with wonderful locally produced food and this tour shows us the passion and hard work of all the producers. Highly recommend.

Just completed a wonderful food tour with Jason, we were brought to 6 establishments and tasted some beautiful food while meeting the people who produce locally sourced food who shared their stories. Jayson was brilliant guide and i would highly recommend this tour when visiting Kilkenny.

Jason was an amazing guide, took us to some stunning venues and gave us the opportunity to meet some incredible people. And learn quite a bit of Irish history.

What a wonderful way to start our family vacation! Our guide Liam did an excellent job describing the beautiful village of Kilkenny and its people. The food stops along the way got better with each location we visited. The people were so nice and took time out of their busy day to explain their food and answer any questions we had. I would recommend this to anyone with 3 hours to spend exploring an Ireland Treasure.

OMG!!! The absolute highlight of our trip to Ireland!! So much fun! Liam (our driver) and Jason (our guide) made this an absolute joy. We loved spending the day with them. When (not if) we make it back to Ireland, this will be the first thing on our to do list!
