Nevin is a delight. He is so informative, knowledgeable, witty, friendly, makes the group feel comfortable with each other. He has a true gift that is not wasted. The history of Kilkenny is quite fascinating and Nevin presents it in a way for all to understand. It was a delight and.... he’s also a magician. Highly recommend. And a huge thank you to himself. Such a great guy

Absolutely brilliant! Nevis took us round and it was most informative and entertaining. Not in the least boring as he kept it light and had some great stories as all Irishmen do. He is also a magician and entertained us with some magic enroute. The walk ended at the Kyleter(?) pub with a fantastic Irish band. Best day of our holiday.

You can tell Ted he was indeed correct a Knock is a hill or raised area. Amazing how much cross over we have in our languages.

Really enjoyed Nevin’s tour. He was super knowledgeable about all the facts about the town, even the little details you may miss exploring on your own via google. I highly recommend this tour, it won’t disappoint!

Excellent tour, not the same ole same ole boring tour with someone spouting facts at you until you loose the will to live. Combination of interesting history, clever magic and finding out I wasn’t actually a witch (!!!) was really good fun. Worth every penny!

We had a magical tour of Kilkenny with Nevin. We enjoyed the fun way the city was brought to life with stories and history. Learning through entertainment is wonderful in this walk!

I walked the tour on my last day in Kilkenny, and it was a nice thing to do the last day, but I would recomend you to go on your first or second day If you are staying longer so you know what to go back to. The guide was great!

We (a group of both adults and children) took this tour as we wanted a more light hearted way to see Kilkenny City and maybe pick up some history en route. We laughed all the way through, there are loads of gags, some actual magic tricks, all in all a really fun experience. Definitely worth a go if you are looking for an easy entertaining way to see the city.
