We visit here regularly as my sister in law lives close by. It's great to walk along especially with the dogs. Haven't been there in the summer, only in Autumn or Winter when it's great for a bracing walk.

It has some lovely B&B's and small village shops there with very friendly locals. Very picturesque beach and area. Ideal for surfing, swimming and long walks.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Definitely worth the effort to get there. 13 miles of the Wild Atlantic way.

Banna is the perfect beach for long walks, learning to surf, wave jumping, swimming and enjoying the fresh and invigorating Atlantic air. No one leaves this beach without and smile on their face. It's even more appealing during the wild and windy winter days, when a brisk walk will blow away the cobwebs. There's plenty of space for mind and... More

Rain or shine, we walk the dog along Banna nearly every morning. People are friendly, polite and most everyone pick's up after their dog (there's always a few who don't). In the summer months, it's our beach of choice to bring the kids. It's very family-friendly and clean. I believe it's also a Blue Flag Beach. Banna is our beach... More

Love this beach, the setting is breathtaking especially on clear day but a great place to walk in any weather. We had a great day here recently, it is hard to drag yourself away from here once you arrive.

We took our dogs with us on a weekend away and headed for Banna Beach. The views were amazing and the sand seemed to go on for miles. Even though it was quite busy, there was so much space that the dogs could run without disturbing others great for walkers and dog lovers
