There is nothing picturesque about this place, unduly hyped. I will always trade this for Glendalough, a much better place.

We stopped here for a few minutes on our Ring of Kerry Tour. It's a phenomenal stop. Stop, get out of the car or bus and just enjoy the view. Breathtaking. We hit it on a beautiful, clear day.

This was a great stop, so beautiful. Not as green as most of Ireland but loved the diversity. My favorite photo I took on this trip was from this stop.

If you are traveling by rental car, be aware of the crazy tour bus drivers around here. They all seem to be in a tremendous hurry, perhaps under pressure to meet time deadlines for their customers. I don't know. In any case, they will drive...More

We stopped for the view (so glad we did - GORGEOUS), and took some of the best photos of our entire trip as the sky was beautiful and blue and full of clouds. I also popped into the little gift shop to find a postcard,...More

A safe place to pull over, stretch your legs and get out and take a photo of another satisfyingly beautiful section of the ring of Kerry. There is even a little shop where you can have a break.

Yet another stunning viewing point on the Killarney, Waterville scenic route. Be sure to allow tie for several stops along the way.
