There is nothing picturesque about this place, unduly hyped. I will always trade this for Glendalough, a much better place.

This is a famous stop in the national park. It is a very pretty view but not the best in Ireland. We stopped here for just a second on our private day tour of the ring of Kerry with Wild Atlantic Tours (Paudie). Don’t need...More

This was such a beautiful spot to paint. I didn't have time the day I was there but took lots of pictures.

The view is pretty nice and there’s not a ton of stops all along the way...so might as well stop. There’s a restaurant there, but like so many things here doesn’t open until later.

Great place to purchase gifts, see the beautiful views and breathe fresh air! You can stretch your legs and the parking was very nice with lots of room for vehicles and also for bicycles!

Ladies' View was a welcomed stop, after driving the narrow, winding road through Killarney National Park and dodging large tour buses that seemed to occupy more than their traffic lane! The panoramic view of the Upper Lake and surrounding mountains from Ladies' View is magnificent....More

We stopped here for a few minutes on our Ring of Kerry Tour. It's a phenomenal stop. Stop, get out of the car or bus and just enjoy the view. Breathtaking. We hit it on a beautiful, clear day.

You couldn't pay me enough to drive it myself with narrow roads and tour busses but if you are brave, drive it counterclockwise so you are meeting the busses instead of being stuck behind them. Start early...dress warm! And... More
