About
The basic premise is simple: you enter the Great Escape Room, for 60 minutes you, and your team will become removed from your current day to day lives and be totally focused on nothing but escape.... Observe your surroundings, solves clues, work as a team and make the connections. Adrenaline kicks in - excitement, tension, focus, laughter and team work - creating an amazing experience. Opening hours- Monday to Sunday 1pm-7pm for bookings and walk-in's (7pm-10pm pre-bookings only). Book early to avoid disappointment.

I booked Great Escape Rooms as one of the activities for a hen party and it was definitely a good choice.
There was 18 of us in total and we were split into different rooms. Everyone really enjoyed the challenge of the rooms. It was great way for people to get to know each other and wake everyone up after a late night 😅
The guys running the rooms were very helpful and on hand to give helpful clues when they were needed.
Even when I was organising the booking they were very helpful and answered my many questions and gave very good recommendations for places to eat.
I would highly recommend Great Escape Rooms for anyone looking for something to do for a group or even for something to do if you're ever in Galway.
Thanks again to the lads running the rooms.

Had a great time here for a work group team building activity! I did the Bank Vault room, which was very well designed. It was pretty tough, we made it out but not quite within the time limit and not without a couple of hints. Jack was a brilliant host, would definitely recommend!

The Pub and The Vault

We went as a team of 4 to The Pub and The Vault. It was a fun experience and we all enjoyed and would recommend it. The staff are lovely and welcoming so if you haven't tried this kind of thing before, this would be the place to try it as your first time. Thanks for having us!

Great experience. Although we didn’t escape, we really enjoyed ourselves and had some fun. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. I’d recommend for anyone who’s visiting Galway.

We did the vault room and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We recommend this to anyone wanting to challenge family harmony and individual strengths!!! We have a child with adhd and she shone through with her desires to succeed and achieve! She focused on the goal to open the vault. It was frustrating at times but teamwork made it possible. Thanks to the staff who were fantastic!! You have to do this when I’m Galway!!!

A great experience on a rainy day!

We had a fantastic time in the Great Escape Rooms in Galway. The pub room was so much fun for everyone and Heather at the desk was super friendly, professional and helpful!

I will definitely be coming back next time I'm back in Galway on a rainy day!
