Garavans is a MUST when visiting Galway! The flights of whiskies are a great way to sample the tastes of Ireland! The staff are very personable and get two thumbs up from us!

This is a lovely historic pub with lots of photos and old documents on the walls. They have a huge whiskey selection but we just had a lovely glass of wine on this occasion. Lots of little snugs and seating areas to spend a few...More

Great little bar with a ton of whiskey options. Bartenders were friendly and very informative. I would definitely go back.

we visited this very old and authentic pub, great fun and chat with the bar staff. for foreign and international visitors it is a must for two more reasons : a selection of over 100 whiskeys from around the world and secondly the nicest Irish...More

I enjoyed my pint of Guinness while I read my daily newspaper..I found the music 🎶 out of place for the location ...perhaps some traditional irish would fit this old Galway establishment

A Lively Welcoming Pub with great staff.They have great selection of Irish Whiskey and Irish Coffee. If you are in Galway you must visit here.

The service was great the staff were pleasant and friendly and when my friend accidentally broke his wine glass they were understanding and helpful.

Definetly worth a visit. Lively bar, inviting, welcoming. In d heart of Galway. Will definitely visit Here again soon. Love garavans
