There was a young lady Irish Dancing outside so ordered a drink and sat down to enjoy.Inside I was amongst a group of locals and the craic was mighty.Highly recommend for a taste of local life

Enticed in here by the authentic sound of the folk musicians. Bar Staff very friendly. Served great guiness. This place is small and a genuine traditional 'local' but don't be fooled...its up to date with its various Gins on offer served with Fever Tree tonic....More

Great pub with super staff. The music is traditional and excellent. Recommend arriving at least an hour before the musicians are scheduled to begin if you are hoping to find a seat. Favorite pub in Galway.

The music started 40 minutes later than the sign said it would, and the band was impossible to hear or see unless you were standing in the front row. So basically, maybe 15 people could really hear the music. Otherwise, it's a decent bar. Good...More

While in Doolin local Irish musicians told us about this place. The red place located at the top of the midieval quarter where several streets come together. That's enough to find it. Pronounced "tea-coli". Arrive early enough for a view spot of the musician's playing...More

it gets crowded but they have great music every night- if the front if too crowded, pop around to the back door for admittance.
