    The Best
I cannot be happier with my experience at Thomas Dillon's Claddagh Gold. I am an American who purchased one of their signature rings for the purposes of proposing to my (now) fiancee. The staff was helpful, professional, and exceedingly courteous. All of my questions were answered in a thorough and timely manner, and I was able to complete my purchase entirely online. The ring itself is beautiful, fits perfectly, and is a piece that we know will be with our family for generations to come. If you are at all interested in an authentic claddagh, DO NOT go anywhere else! These people are the originals, and they're simply unrivaled.

A store with a great history, the Original Claddagh Ring makers.
We stopped off here while we were in Galway because we heard a lot about it. They are the original makers of the claddagh ring, saw a quick documentary about them on t.v. a couple of years ago. The store is located on the other side of Eyre square down Quay St. towards Father Griffin Rd bridge. Its a cute little store with a friendly staff. They have a variety of jewelry selections to choose from with different price points. The two women that helped us was very friendly and not pushy. Didn't hurry us when we wanted to try other sized rings, they we very accommodating. Would visit them again.

Lovely experience and memory buying one of our wedding bands here, beautiful little authentic shop, best in Galway
Unbelievable service from two amazing staff members. I got my husband-to-be his wedding band (along with two claddagh lockets I just couldn't leave behind), the craftmanship on each item is exquisite and honestly the prices were so much cheaper than I could have hoped for. The shop was so reasonably priced especially considering they make the jewellery themselves and to such a high standard. The staff didn't try to force any sales and gave honest opinions when certain items didn't suit which we really appreciated. Even though there were multiple groups of customers and it was a tiny shop, we all seemed to get individual attention and honestly was the best experience buying one of our wedding bands there. A great memory.

Planned for months to go to Dillon's to get a new claddagh ring. There was a sign on the door that said "out to lunch". After 1 & 1/2 hours when it was STILL NOT OPEN, I went to Claddagh Jewellers just up the street. They were awesome. Was even able to get it sized right away.

Excellent customer service. I had a small issue with a claddagh ring I recently bought while in Galway, emailed the shop and they said to return it, no issues. Replacement ring sent within a few days. Very efficient, pleasure to deal with.

What a fantastic business / company. Customer service like I've never known and thought didn't exist anymore. So good. Thank you to both Eleanor and Mary for the communication. To top it all, a beautiful product as well.
Can't recommend highly enough.

The best place to get your Claddagh ring. They were so attentive and helpful. They talked me through the sizing, found the right fit, and made sure I was satisfied with my ring. And I LOVE it. They even helped me dig around their inventory for another set of gorgeous claddagh earrings. The little museum in the back was also interesting. A great stop if you're in area and a great experience.

Suck a great experience!!
Me and three of my friends all got the same style ring back in 2019.
They were able to fit them all to size and when they didn’t have third ring, they shipped directly to the states.
Will never forget this experience!
Highly recommend.

Was looking forward to getting a replacement Claddagh ring for my one of 45 years that had split for the third time. Rather than repair again decided to buy a new one. All looked good on the Thomas Dillon web site.
Made an online enquiry - didn't hear back.
Left a voicemail - didn't hear back.
Left another voicemail - didn't hear back.
Gave up and bought a beautiful ring from a competitor.
