Hillwalk Tours organisation and local knowledge was excellent. All arrangements went smoothly and the accommodation chosen by them was first class. They even arranged for good weather which was a welcome treat! Would definitely recommend them to those of you looking for a walking tour.

I walked (a part) of the Beara way. My trip started in Castletownbere, about 3 hours by bus from Cork. The countryside is beautiful and you can see the Atlantic ocean almost everywhere during the walk. Hillwalk Tours organized it very well. It started with a good advise which tour I should make. Information about the track, maps, additional information, everything was perfect. I liked the B&B’s and every morning I had full Irish breakfast. After that you don’t need a lunch. This was my 2nd trip organized by Hillwalk Tours. Next year I want to walk in Connemara and I will book, of course, with Hillwalk Tours

We just finished our second walking tour with Hillwalk. This one was on Scotland’s West Highland Way (previous walk, pre-Covid, was in the Cotswolds). From start to finish, Hillwalk was awesome. They offer a wide range of tours and their communication and support both before and during the walk were super. Accommodations were all high quality and super welcoming and comfortable. We decided to push ourselves and sign up for an intermediate level walk. My wife and I are avid walkers/hikers, both in our late 60’s. The walk, on a couple of days, was challenging, but our feeling of accomplishment was off the charts, as was the landscape we walked through. We were ready for a walk that would take us away from civilization, and this trip did not disappoint. The best part of the trip was the people we met along the way, the feeling of sharing an awesome experience with people from all over the world. We are already discussing where we will go next, as the feeling of withdrawal after a trip like this is, perhaps, the only downside.

This was our first walking tour (ever) and it certainly won't be our last with Hillwalk! The experience from beginning to end was simple, clear, and thoughtful. We fully enjoyed the gentle 7-day Antrim Glens and Coastline tour. Every day had clear guidance, friendly hosts, and a pure authentic spirit on N. Ireland! We can't wait to book our next trip with Hillwalk!

We had an amazing trip with Hillwalk Tours! We did a 10 day trip along Hadrian's Wall, and it was fantastic. The places we stayed were wonderful and nice, the views and walk were amazing. The baggage transfer that Hillwalk provided was flawless. The directions they provided were good, and the price was very reasonable for the package we got. Can't recommend Hillwalk highly enough!
