STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT SHOW UP. Hired ETS for transportation from Gatwick to Heathrow over web for my family of 6. Paid $150 pounds as requested 15 hours before our arrival. When we arrived at Gatwick, No one was waiting. I called ETS and spoke with Thomas who said he would be there in 20 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes Thomas never showed and he did not answer my calls or reply to my texts. Stay away!!!

Hi Johna we wish to advise that we are not based in the UK we an Irish based company based in Galway and did not have any dealings with this booking as we do not offer any services in the UK. I'm sorry to hear about your experience and you should contact ETS based in the UK directly.

I planned a family trip of 12 to Ireland in April 2023. I booked our transportation with Executive Travel. The minute we met our driver Liam Rowley we knew this was going to be an amazing trip. Liam was professional, fun, great personality, very accommodating and a great driver.Liam made our trip. I will use Executive Travel for all my transportation needs when I travel to Ireland! Thanks you so much Liam!

Travelled with Executive Travel solutions as a teacher bringing a group of students. Ann dealt with the booking. She was so helpful and accommodating and made the process very easy. She was always available for any questions.
Liam was our driver for the day. He was an absolute gentleman. He entertained the students but was always on hand as a support to me. At all times, he was polite, friendly and could not not have been any more accommodating. He was a pleasure to have with us for the day.

Executive Travel Solutions and its extraordinary, professional drivers exceeded our expectations during our recent trip to Ireland. ETS drivers added so much value to our trip to Ireland by saving time and relieving the stress associated with navigating a new country, with their courteous, exceptional customer service, knowledge of the area and attentiveness to our needs and wishes.
Mick picked us up from the Dublin airport and drove us to Galway, making an unplanned, but welcomed side trip to the Portumna Castle because he heard our interest in gardens. We enjoyed his warm welcome and appreciated his role in helping us start our trip smoothly.
Next, Pat C. met us in Galway and drove us to our various destinations for the rest of the week. We truly enjoyed our time together, loved our conversations, felt like friends from the start and looked forward to connecting with him each day. He customized our trip to help us get the most out of our time in Ireland. For instance, looking at weather forecasts, he suggested visiting the Cliffs of Moher a day earlier than we had planned - this was a huge win! Additionally, he introduced us to some great restaurants and the sport of hurling, was always prompt and helpful, genuinely took an interest in our family and acknowledged our 30th anniversary with a personalized memento. We cannot say enough good things about Pat and are very grateful for all he did to make our trip to Ireland so fabulous.

I have traveled to Ireland a lot of times to play golf, but have always driven myself. This is rewarding but adds some work and stress to the trip. In June, I brought 8 friends with me to play in Mayo, Donegal and Dublin area for 11 days. Because there were so many of us and because rental cars are post-Covid expensive, we decided to hire a driver and vehicle. It was hard to find a company with availability, but we were lucky to have Executive Travel Solutions recommended to us by another company.
Joe was a great driver and our Mercedes Sprinter carried the 9 of us with gear without a problem. We were looking for a driver and not a tour guide, and Joe did a bit of both. We were always on-time and Joe willingly made whatever detours we asked and helped with dinner reservations and grocery runs.
This was a great experience and it may be hard to go back to driving myself. It was so nice to not have to worry about ordering an extra pint because I had to drive back and I arrived at golf courses much more refreshed and relaxed.
ETS is a great company. All of my many emails were handled promptly and professionally. They never complained about the many changes I had to make to the trip (including switching from Shannon to Dublin airport) and the price never changed and was quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful customer service, Ann was very helpful in helping set everything up. And our driver Peter Chambers was a lovely tour guide who provided wonderful insights and suggestions throughout our three days of touring around the Galway county. Was right there to pick us up from the airport and provided a lovely tour from Dublin to Galway to two weary travelers making the start to our trip very memorable.

I just booked a trip for my family of 17 for next July 2021. I cannot compliment Claire enough on how seamless she made everything from the planning perspective.
Their pricing is very competitive and the class of service I was afforded during my booking experience has been top notch. The attention to detail and immediate response time has made this virtually effortless.
As you know, the planning for a trip of this magnitude can be quite overwhelming - not with Claire. She listened to every small detail and went above and beyond with creating our one-of-a-kind itinerary. I cannot recommend Luxury Irish Tours enough!
We can't wait for our trip next July!

We have just returned from Galway and Joe G made our trip!! We were 19 people and could not have asked for better service. Joe was so tolerable and patient with such a large group and made us feel so welcome. We had Joe for all 5 days and feel like we have made

Joe G was our driver for three days with my husband and I and our closest friends! He was so great and made sure we were happy, went out of his way to make sure he personally stocked the bus with water and had a great time while seeing all the sites!!! Joe G even recommended a great water fall on our way to The Ring Kerry and it was so beautiful. We would all recommend Joe G as a tour guide because he really made the trip special!!! Thank you Joe G!!!

I booked Executive Travel Solutions for a Pan European medical conference at Farmleigh House. They were amazing efficient and professional and the drivers were helpful and nothing was too much trouble we would book them again without hesitation
