We went on a trip where we explored 5 different countries over 17 days. Our bus driver recommended coming to see this show, so we all bought tickets never having heard of these guys. WOW. I can easily and honestly say that out of the entire time we were on that trip, this was the best night by FAR. I laughed, I cried, and I had the best time. I highly recommend going and making time to go here!! You will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic show with great musicians and superb dancers. would highly recommend this show to anyone who is going on a trip to Galway. The uillean piper was amazing and the other musicians were also first class. Outstanding value for the price of the tickets.

This is a terrific music and dance show featuring world-class talent in an intimate setting, for a most reasonable ticket price. We were blown away by the talent of cast. Fiddler Mairin is the headliner, but for my two cents...Yvonne Fahy is the best drummer I have heard in a very, very long time.

Incredible show -mini Riverdance. All the musicians were renown in their own right and the dancers were world champions. Fabulous show. Best show I've seen in years. The producer Chris Kelly included the audience as the show went on. Afterwards the cast were happy to mingle with the audience. For such famous artists they were so down to earth and genuine and happy . Would go again to see.

My sisters and I had the privilege of watching this SPECTACULAR show in Galway this evening. The incredible talent, energy, beauty, and kindness that emanated from these performances was truly incredible. My sister Andrea has taken many of her students to see Trad on the Prom over the years and was incredibly excited to share them with us - now I understand why. I HIGHLY recommend seeing them - the dancing, vocals, and instrumental offerings will blow you away!

Went here with my family while staying in Galway. What a wonderful experience! Unbelievable music. Very skilled traditional Irish dancers.
Not only are they multi-instrumentalists but they are very genuinely nice people and are concerned that you are having a great experience. I would recommend this show to anybody that is looking for a bit of local culture.
Excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and access to a bar area with a selection of beverages.

We had a wonderful evening. Absolutely recommended. The singing, music and dancing were just beautiful, we could have listened and watched for hours. We liked it much better than, for example, the big Lord of the Dance show, as it was more personal and smaller.

My girlfriend and I were enjoying a wonderful couple of weeks touring parts of the island of Ireland......when we stumbled across the show whilst in Galway
We booked for the same evening, this being the penultimate show of the season. - and how lucky we were!
What a performance, start to finish. All of the performers were of the highest quality, a truly first class ensemble

I wish I could give this show more than 5 stars. We attended this show September 8th of 2022 and it was more than we could have hoped for. We sat front row with 5 kids ages 15 to 6 and we all loved it. The performers are all amazingly talented. The music was absolutely beautiful and the dancing amazing. I would highly recommend this show to anyone of any age. Also, you get to meet all the performers after the show and they are the nicest people.

This is an excellent show. The musicians are amazing; you will be in awe at the talent, especially the Fahy siblings.
The show also includes World Champion Irish dancers, all very talented. Myself & my friends couldn’t believe we had never heard of this show before - going 18 years! Everyone should go to it when in Galway!

Would front row seats be too close in this theatre. ? I am worried that perhaps the stage would be too high ?

Hi there, the stage is somewhat elevated from front row seats in the centre section. It's great if you'd like a really close up view of the dancers footwork but if you require a more panoramic view I would suggest either front row on either left or right section (ground floor) or any of the seats within the tiers which are all elevated but not too far back. Hope this helps!

The premium seats indicate these seats receive priority queuing. I'm confused as to what that means. When buying seats are you buying a ticket for a particular seat or for just a section?

Bus. Pick up the Salthill bus at Eyre Square in front of the AIB bank. Get off the bus at Upper Salthill Road. Leisureland, where the show is held, is a short walk away.

Is it worth the extra price to pay for the $59 premium seats? The others would be $34 and I wonder if they would be just fine?

The show is in a community centre hall and is very intimate and informal. You will easily find your seat and everything you need. Everyone is helpful and friendly if you do need to ask.
