we didn't realise its an actual working studios and concert venue. Lots of memorabilia of past and present artists who have recorded there, including Micheal Jackson, Van Morrison and the best of all in our opinion a room dedicated to Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy fame, there is even a room where you can dress up and play instruments great... I arrived alone to find I was part of a very small tour group made up of a couple and me. I had no idea what to expect and thought the small group might leave me feeling awkward but it was very enjoyable. Dave, our knowledgeable guide kept us engaged and informed and answered questions. The group jamming session was... More

Our tour guide was Laura, a fun, well-versed, well-articulated woman who smoothly guided us through the experience, encouraged us to ask questions during the tour, and even supported our four-man turned two-man band that was formed in the dark corners of one of the recording studios she showed us. We laughed, were intrigued, surprised, awed, and left the experience (as... More

Brilliant experience here today hosted by Mark who took the tour. Knowledge second to none, good sense of humour and good craic. Plenty of must see memorabilia and this is a working studio. Being a drummer, enjoyed playing a bit in the studio which anyone can have a go at. Good fun, good tour. Cheers

English: Wax museum with Irish personalities like Bono Vox, as well as other world personalities. Compared to other wax museums around the world, this leaves nothing to be desired. Português: Museu de cera com personalidades Irlandesas como Bono Vox, assim como outras personalidades mundiais. Comparado a outros museus de ceras pelo mundo, esse deixa a desejar.

Hi, I am somewhat confused with your review. This is the Irish Rock N' Roll Museum Experience's Trip Advisor page. We are in no way a Wax museum, we are a museum dedicated to telling the story of the Irish Music industry past, present and future. I believe you may have posted to the wrong Trip Advisor page. The museum has some brilliant memorabilia from over the decades of Irish rock history - especially cool stuff from Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy, and lots of interesting recording equipment such as mixing desks that were used to make some famous albums. The tour guide gave lots of interesting little insights and trivia tidbits about famous irish musicians, albums and... More
