Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Entertaining & charismatic Alan led us through the rehearsal & recording studios of some of the biggest names in Irish music. Highlight for us was a room dedicated to Thin Lizzy memorabilia. A must for music or non music fans alike.

What an incredible tour! We happened upon this as part of the Dublin pass, and it was one of our favorite things we did the entire trip. Brian is a PHENOMENAL guide. Such great stories and very personable. I highly recommend this tour. (NOTE: we were pretty clueless about Irish rock n roll and still loved this place. No need to be a super fan. We learned a lot and had a great time.)

We had been told about the Irish Rock 'N' Roll Museum by a family member who had visited a while back. I had added it to the list of things to do when visiting Dublin and made sure that we carved out some time for it. And, man, was it worth it! My dad, sister, and I had a great time with our tour guide, Brian. He was knowledgeable and had so many wonderful stories of the musicians that have graced the halls. His personal touches really made the experience. As musicians, it was really enjoyable to see all the different aspects of the studio. Our favorite part was the Thin Lizzy room with the Neve mixing console. My dad is a recording engineer and hadn't seen one of those in person in many, many years. There were only about 9 people (4 groups) on our tour total, so we were able to ask tons of questions and take as many pictures as we wanted. This day ended up being one of my favorite days in Dublin!

Big thank you to Brian!
