Amazing experience! Our guide Alan (in a great cardigan) was excellent, we've enjoyed his stories and personal views on many musicians and he took us on an incredible journey through history of Irish music. I did'n expect much (went only 'cos of my hubby who loves U2), but it turned to be one hell of a rock'n'roll rollercoaster. Thank you Alan! You are the right man in a right place - you've made it really special. Would happily come again. Thanks a lot.

Excellent time spent in this museum. It is full of places and objects loaded with Irish Rock (which is not limited to U2!), but not only that... Like this legendary poster for the Nirvana concert scheduled for April 8, 1994 and which never took place.. Aymeric, our guide knew his subject well and was very friendly and full of humor which made this visit even more enjoyable! Good luck to this exceptional museum!

One word AMAZING! Do not miss it when you visit Dublin! A lot to see and hear. If you love music you have to go here! You even can stand on the same stage where some rocklegends have performed! So do not scroll and think but just book your tickets and enjoy!!

The site is spectacular. Various objects and several rooms full of history. But what is really recommended is to take the tour with Alan. Alan, in addition to having a lot of knowledge in Irish musical culture, also motivates the visitor. Very grateful to have been

Collection/Museum located in the heart of Temple bar, the paving stones shine in the drizzle, hidden entrance doors, we wander through the maze of studios between vinyls, consoles and red carpet, our guide Aymeric, fun, live and teasing, punctuates this Temple lane's tour of information and juicy anecdotes about the ghosts who haunt* these walls (alive too, the studios are still recording and the concert hall - La Machine du Moulin rouge atmosphere - deserves a future evening). At any moment the figures of Irish rock could come out of a recording; IMMERSIVE!

I can for Rory Gallagher, and came to find that many of my favorite artists were actually Irish! The tour itself was amazing, but what made the history come to life was the depth of knowledge and the passion of our tour guide, Alan. Alan is dedicated to this history as much as the museum itself is in its preservation of it. I appreciate his passion for the topic, and his commitment to sharing that knowledge. I definitely recommend this tour, and if you can, to secure Alan as your guide.

The museum was quite interesting and the tour was a lot of fun. Our guide, Marisa, led us through a number of rooms where we saw exhibits on Irish musicians and learned about their music. Marisa was excellent -- very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She knew a lot, and was able to answer our questions. I learned a lot about people besides the more famous Irish rockers. Especially fun was when we went into a studio, and people in our group were able to jam on various instruments. Definitely worth seeing in Dublin if you like Rock music.

Music is a big part of Irish and this museum therefore feels very important. With the amazing guide Alan - who was knowledgeable, professional and very entertaining - we walked through different rooms and heard about modern Irish music and all the artists in which Rory Gallagher seems to have a central role. The whole family thought it was very good. Get over here! Visit! And make sure to get Alan as Guide - the best guide!

The rock ‘n roll museum is a must for those who love rock, an intimate and welcoming place steeped in history and passion. Moving within the same spaces frequented by the greatest artists who have made the history of music is a unique emotion. In this experience we were accompanied and guided by Alan, who immediately managed to create a pleasant atmosphere in the heterogeneous group of visitors. Between a joke, an anecdote and a story he transmitted to us the love for those places and artists he knows like his pocket. Once again, thank you Alan!

Great insight to the Dublin & Ireland music scene, fantastic layout very interesting and informative learnt a lot about artists i never knew before. Most amazing part is this museum is actually a working studio so very much get that vibe. Bryan is a great guide, very knowledgeable and definitely knows his music. U2 room & thin lizzy studio are both a must. Fantastic tributes to Phil Lynnott & Rory Gallagher. Well worth an hour of your time in Dublin
