Dear Guest, we would like to thank you for your email. Our guide was indeed present as this is your first point of contact for any LetzGo City Tour, to which you confirmed you spoke to, in your review. You met with our Guide Brian on the day of your tour who you checked in with, and who you presented your Tour Voucher to. It was at this time that you confirmed that you had flown in from Latvia which is not on the Irish Government green list of countries whose residents can visit Ireland without quarantining for the required 14 days. We contacted you twice before your tour departure confirming the Irish Government Guidelines but you never returned any communication. As explained the venues that are on this tour operate to the Government guidelines and check each visitor's details including where they are visiting from and have the authority to permit or refuse based on these important COVID 19 requirements. As the safety of and well being of our tour guests is our primary goal as well as that of the Irish Government and our venue partners, you were refused entry. This was disappointing for you and we can fully understand your frustration. However, our commitment is to operate extraordinary tour experiences in a safe environment. I am delighted to say we have achieved this despite the difficult times we are living in. For this system to operate successfully it requires everyone to play their part and observe such guidelines. We very much looking forward to seeing you again once you fulfill the temporary requirements set out by the Irish Government. Best Regards, LetzGo City Tours

My mum and I went on this tour during the Summer of 2020 with our wonderful guide Neil. He was so much fun and very knowledgable on every aspect of the tour. It was fascinating and we couldn't get enough info on the beautiful St Patrick's Cathedral. We also visited Dublin Castle. I paticlauly liked the part about Bram Stoker being bored in his day job at Dublin Castle and how he got inspired to write Dracula.

Hello and thank you so much for your 5 star review. We have been curating tours for the past 6 years delivered by exceptional guides like Neil. We only work with inedibly talented guides that are passionate about their city and country and have the skill for creating a tour narrative that is engaging, educational but above all interesting with lots of information punctuated with an Irish sense of humor, so lots of good laughs along the way. It appears Neil did all that on your tour so we are delighted that you appreciated the content of the tour and its many highlights. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. Best Regards, The team at LetzGo City Tours

Neil was our guide and he did an amazing job and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately Brazen Head was closed dude to COVID, but I do have to say the best Guinness I had in Ireland was at the Gravity Bar! I would definitely recommend this tour. I just wish we would’ve been able to go inside the Brazen Head Pub. I still rate this experience 10/10.
