Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not a fan of the high tech visualizations places are doing. Was also very crowded and tough to be able to read the presentations.

Not worth the money we spent to do this.

In our description it was written, that we can change our voucher into a ticket whenever we like. It is the better choice to be there 15 minutes before the start. The tour at Jameson was just great, the local guide did a great job and we loved it. Then we walked to Guinness. That was some sort of highlight as we learned a lot about the city and had a great visit at the oldest pub in Dublin.
No waiting at Guinness was for me the most important reason why I decided to go with this tour. And we did not have to wait a second. The tour at Guinness (the parts not performed by our guide) was not that great. Classical non individual mass tourism. But our guide walked us through the levels and that was just great.

Declan Roche was our tour guide and was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this tour if you’re in Dublin and want to see Book of Kells and Dublin castle and Trinity College.

Our Jameson and Guiness tour was fabulous. Doing both requires some walking, but we were prepared and enjoyed every step. Our guide, Richard, was personable, knowledgeable and hysterical. He knew exactly what we were looking for and didn’t disappoint. We were sad to leave him at the end of our four hours!

Ask for Declan! He is a true Irishman who gave us a great perspective of the history of the sites we visited. Highly recommend this tour!

The Book of Kells & library was amazing. The rest of the tour was skippable. I didn’t learn much from our guide, Roger, because he spoke softly and would not use his microphone despite wearing it. Instead he would say “come closer if you want to hear.” That’s not effective for a large group and I am not hard of hearing. His attitude was frustrating.

Hello and thank you for your review. The guide's microphone unfortunately was not working hence he asked guests to come closer so that they could hear better. We apologize. We would love to invite you to join us again if you ae still here or join us another time. Best Regards,

We waited until the last minute and then booked this tour without really knowing what to expect. Richard met us in the Jameson courtyard with a ton of warmth and a huge smile. He took us through historic Dublin and showed us the city that he loves to call home. Richard has an encyclopedic knowledge of everything Ireland. We got a glimpse of what it was like on the streets we were walking 50 to 500 years ago. The food was spectacular and the beer cold. Richard’s enthusiasm was infectious and he would give you as little or as much information as you desired.

The grand finale was Irish coffees at Jameson’s and more delightful conversation and recommendations from Richard to complete our Irish vacation.
