We had a lovely time as a couple going on a date night for my wife's birthday. We were greeted by John, our game master, at the door and brought down to the room we were doing. After John explained all the rules, we were locked in (we did the Mafia room, lots of fun!) and had an hour to escape. The puzzles inside were pretty tricky, and it took us a few minutes to get our brain properly in gear, but after that, we had a lot of fun scouring the rooms for clues. We got stuck a couple of times (it was our first and second times doing escape rooms respectively), but John gave us some vague clues on the screen that helped us get unstuck without giving a huge amount away. All in all, a really positive experience, lovely staff (thanks again John!), a really fun escape room. As well as this, the place is only a very short walk from the recently pedestrianised Capel St. with a huge selection of restaurants and bars where you can go to revel in your masterful escape/drown your sorrows after ignominious failure. I can highly recommend this place, we'll definitely be going back again to try the other rooms!

Booked this with colleagues from work, it was exceptional and everybody really enjoyed themselves. People that missed out are asking if we can book again, such was the great feedback. On Saturday a group of us did the Mafia Escape Room for a friend's birthday. Our experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent! I had called in the days prior about different bookings, amending numbers etc and had excellent service from Darren on the phone. I then had to confirm some other details by email and had swift and helpful responses from Keith and Roisín. The star of the show for us all was our gamemaster Brandon who was upbeat, engaged and enthusiastic with us all! We thoroughly enjoyed the games but they were made even better by every aspect of booking to customer service being so positive. We have all been raving about the experience and will be sure to be back again! Many thanks 👏

I booked this for my son's 15th birthday party, 8 boys, they did 4v4 Duel in Mafia, they had so much fun and I got to watch on the cameras and it was great fun! The rooms are really well done, they get hints when needed. Staff were really friendly and we had a great day!

We had a great time playing the escape room! Game Master Grace was exceptional and an absolute queen! She was our cheerleader from the very first moment we arrived! Highly recommend visiting Adventure Rooms Dublin - if the rest of the rooms are as good as The Black Queen then you’ll be in for an absolute treat!

Myself and my girlfriend had an absolutely Amazing Time at Adventure rooms thanks to Johnathan, we played the black queen and by jesus it was difficult but extremely enjoyable! My girlfriend was skeptical but once inside she fell in love with it and obviously me 😁 Our game master Johnathan was an extremely polite gentleman who helped us through the experience with well needed clues ! I'll definitely be back again , I have done MAFIA twice and I'll try the other two for our next Adventure rooms experience! Hopefully we get Johnathan again 👌

We (group of 5) originally booked to complete two rooms back in 2022 but had to cancel. We were kindly offered credit and to rebook when we could. This suited us as we enjoy escape rooms and did want to rebook. When we contacted the business recently the staff couldn’t have been nicer and rebooked us with no issues. We completed both games in one day and had Madeline and Michelle as our game masters. Both were so friendly and helpful, Michelle even wrote out suggestions of escape rooms to visit in other cities for us! The facilities are very neat and clean and there is good quality lockers to mind your stuff while inside. The games are fantastic and again clean and well thought out, all parts in working order and fun and exciting! We escaped both! We will be returning to complete the other rooms available and highly recommend to others 👍

What really made our experience so enjoyable was hands down the staff. They made the facility feel incredibly fun and exciting. We were looked after by Game Master John who not only was good fun but was still able to keep our group on track and inform us effectivley of safety proceedures and warnings very clearly. The escape room itself (Mafia) was insanely fun to try solve. The puzzles were legitate and took some real thinking to solve. I went with 9 other game design students and we all had a great time figuring it all out. Puzzles were good and hard but not impossible. We did need some hints though, I think 3 altogether. The only issue we had was with the dynamic of the versus. And I'm gonna preface this so hard, this issue is not a deal breaker at all, would happily go again. The issue was that the team who was being chased had to solve much harder rooms and I feel the odds were stacked against the team being chased and it felt a bit bad when you caught them just because you knew they didnt have a chance. It was redeemed though because the actual competition was about who could catch the other team quicker. Ultimatley its a tiny thing and i really dont think it needs to change.

We had an amazing time at T4k3n! It was our first time experiencing an escape room and we can’t wait to go back. Shoutout to Róisín who was so helpful throughout the experience and a fantastic game master. Would highly recommend.
