This is probably the most gorgeous pub I have ever been to! The architecture is just breathtakingly beautiful with high ceilings and lots of details. We only stopped for drinks but definitely worth a visit just so you can see for yourself!

The sea chowder is great and the mussels were to die for. The service was skilled. A little noise , but not over the top.

About a dozen of my colleagues and I visited The Bank. Good food, reasonably priced wine list, great decor, service with a smile. Nothing else required, a great night out! Recommended.

Place was full of atmosphere as soon as you walked through the door,.really good guy playing modern classics on the piano, bar was... More

Housed in an old banking house (you've got to see the ceilings!), this is a nice comfortable, buzzy bar on Dame Street. Pleasant bar staff and the floor staff not pushy at all (on a Saturday night in January). Prices were not over the top. Barman remembered my drink order when I went for a second round. Toilets are in... More

9 of us rocked up for lunch and the friendly staff immediately sorted out the small private room off the main bar and it was delightful. And whilst we were out of sight from staff certainly not forgotten. Great attentive service. Nearly all of us had the fish and chips and it was excellent. Others had the superfood salad, burger...
