Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Conor was a great tour guide! We did the south side tour and it was very insightful. We learnt lots on the tour. I would highly recommend the yellow umbrella tours. We were tempted by the pub tour as it sounded great from what Conor was saying however we had already made plans

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed the history of Dublin/Ireland and the many landmarks throughout the city-Temple Bar District, Christ Church and Trinity college to name A few. Peter was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a wonderful afternoon.

Great way to get your toes wet with Dublin. Recommend doing this tour right when you get here so you get an overview of the history and sense of where everything is.

Our tour guide James was terrific. We didn’t south Dublin tour and saw highlights of Dublin and learned a lot about the city history. Would highly recommend. Pace was good for all on our tour and it was a nice mixed group of European and American tourists. Thanks for an excellent afternoon!

Just spectacular. Sam was so accessible, very friendly, super knowledgable. was nice that there was a break in the middle to get a bit of food as well! As a cynic, I'm sure that the recommended restaurants have a kickback deal with the company, but it didn't really matter--the tour was wonderful and 1000% worth doing.

We really enjoyed our two tours with Yellow Umbrella! Sam's North Side and James' South Side tours were both excellent insights into Dublin and Ireland's history, with many great stories and experiences along the way. Definitely an affordable, engaging, and relaxing way to see a city that can be *far* too overcrowded!
