Great teachers, great variety of recipes, great classroom. I'd highly recommend Cooks Academy. I did a one-day course and came away with confidence and great ideas. Really enjoyed it.

Just did the four hour Weber Essentials BBQ Course here on Sat. 8th. Great course with lots of helpful tips from Owen, the chef/course leader. And we had a four course bbq meal that we cooked. Excellent. Jim.

The facilities are great (all the ingredients and equipment are provided), the tutors Eoin and Brendan were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great fun, good tips and information and nice people. I took the Tapas course. The evening consists of a classroom type demonstration of preparation of the dishes, followed by practical opportunity to do them yourself. A course makes a lovely gift.
