I bought my husband a Christmas present of a barbecue cookery course in Cooks Academy. We both did it together. The young chef was very enthusiastic, inspirational and very witty. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and learned a great deal.

Much prefer a good meal being made for me to eat, however this was a change. Made Mushroom Risotto and a Roulade Dessert. Wine flowing throughout for the group of 15. If you like cooking, you will probably give this. 5*.
