If your kid is into electronics and d.i.y it will be a good idea to book them a class. I came for walk in class and we enjoyed a work shop for 50 min.. Worth the 15 euros i payed for my kid.. Their projects costs between 10 to 20 euros depends on what your kid choose to do. RECOMMENDED👍🏻

Makeshop is under the umbrella of the Science Gallery, Trinity College. It is a space where students, of all ages, can learn, explore and create. As it is a not for profit venture, it provides excellent value for money. You pay only for the equipment you use. The facilitators we met were exceptionally helpful, competent and friendly. I highly recommend... More

Took my nephew (10) here and we saw by chance that an electronics workshop was on, so we took part. It was an educational and fun activity, made really special by the friendly helpful staff. Great value too - will certainly return again.

Really enjoyed our afternoon in Makeshop this week - I had pre booked two workshops, one to suit each of my boys' ages. There was another lovely family there too, which made the sessions even more enjoyable. Science with a bit of chat - what's not to like! Congratulations to Ash and Jessica, who made sure that everybody had a... More

Niece 6 and nephew 8 had a brilliant time making brushbots and loads of fun since playing with them. Jessica and Ash were sooo patient. Really recommend.

Had a terrific afternoon at make shop, hadn't made an appointment and the staff fitted us in at short notice. The teacher named Ash was endlessly patient (with the adults) and informative (for the kids) Really had a memorable time with my nephew and will be coming back for evening classes.

Visited here on a school trip recently. The pupils found it enjoyable, but it was in no way challenging. The staff where friendly and helpful. Not sure if there is a group rate or not but we had to pay €10 per child (and they wanted to charge for the number we booked in, not how many turned up) which... More
