It was a hot day in Dublin (about 3 weeks ago), and the two-hour tour lasted a bit longer than that and could perhaps have been more succinct. However, Colin was very knowledgeable, and it's a good place to learn about an important event in...More

Lorcan gave an outstanding performance - clear, easy to hear, informative and entertaining, as well as on schedule. Would recommend to anyone interested in a brief overview of the 1916 Rising, except perhaps families with very young children.

An absolute essential tour of Dublin if you want to appreciate the history and culture of the city. Our tour guide was highly knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about the Easter uprising. Please do yourself a favour and take this tour whilst in Dublin!

If you want to understand modern Ireland outside of a wikipedia page or the robot audio on a hop on hop off bus you must do this tour. It's the nitty gritty reality of how 1916 happened but also the aftermath and much more. The...More

PS American workers rely on tips for their basic pay but it’s not quite the same in Ireland. In the USA you have to tip for everything but it’s not the same in alll countries
