The Easter Rising is a brilliant story: a smallish band of revolutionaries secretly plot and then spectacularly fail to take the Second City of The Empire, but in defeat, the tide of public turns in their favour and ultimately inspires freedom for Ireland within 5-6years....More

I would highly recommend this tour. Lorcan our guide was extremely knowledgable and obviously very passionate about the subject matter. Despite some pretty terrible weather, Lorcan’s energy kept people interested and asking questions. For myself who already had some knowledge of Irish history, it was...More

This is a great, off the beaten path tour. Not very long or a ton of walking, this tour is all about Lorcan’s extensive research (not just on the Rising, but Irish history in general). Would highly recommend for adult travelers.

A very interesting and informative tour led by Lorcan Collins, a knowledgeable and passionate guide who brought the group to several important stops in downtown Dublin while explaining their significance along the way. Thank you Lorcan for bringing history to life.
