We were recommended by our local friends to go, and after our experience they will also never go back. The staff is so rude that I was completely fine with leaving a full beer behind just to escape before I said something equally as rude back. Don't ask a question to them, don't try to get a table if you... More

We arrived in Dublin at about 10pm, tired and ready for bed. We dropped our bags and decided to 'pop out' for a drink and ended up here. When we arrived a band were setting up and we decided to stay around for a bit......the band (on Friday) were amazing and the venue is really quirky. The band played a... More

We somehow didn't know about this pub before happening to walk into the doors and having the best night of our lives. The bartenders were great. The energy of the place was amazing! AND they had Sliotar playing live and it was phenomenal. Best. Night. EVER!

I lived in Dublin 3 years. Woodsey show and a few beers (oyster rules!) were mandatory. The vest venue @ Dublin. Better to find s place upstairs between lower and 2nd floor to enjoy the live music.

This pub is not only a restaurant and a bar but is also a brewery. All of the beers on tap are brewed in-house and are pretty delicious. Do you want beer I tried was the oyster stout. People tell you that Guinness pairs really well with oysters and other seafood. The porterhouse Dublin decided to mix those two things... More

First pub we ate in on our first trip to Dublin. Now we make a point of stopping by whenever we are in Dublin. Have eaten at it's sister pub in NYC as well. Nice selection of beers. Lively atmosphere and good reliable food choices

By far the best beer anywhere in Dublin, especially the pint of Plain which beats Guinness any day. Just avoid eating there at all costs. Mum must have gone to Iceland, everything is from frozen. The Black Sheep wins hands down for food. Tim and Peter need to get their act together.

Four-storey pub located on the edge of the Temple Bar area. Great live music with more instruments if you are tired of the accoustic. Good self-crafted beers, the spirits are a bit expensive though.

Whenever I am out Bray way, I always make the point to stop by the Porterhouse. Whether it's for food or drinks or both! Service is quick, efficient and friendly. Lovely views of Bray seafront from there outside area. Food is great-burgers, wings, nachos for example. Plus they stock Hollows & Fentimans ginger beer which is so hard to come... More
