So interesting!

My guide was excellent, and I learned a lot about Irish history. Of all the "tourist" things I did in Dublin, this was my favorite.

The walking tour was excellent. Donal was a master of his craft. His knowledge of Irish history was second to none. He took us on a journey from the 11th century right up to to Easter Rising of 1916. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend. Tommy was great with communications, extremely prompt in making arrangements. He also provided detail on... More

I decided to do the 2-hour tour because I very much prefer walking through a city than riding on a bus or a car, and it was absolutely worth it! Our guide, a PhD history student at Trinity college, managed to give us a 2-hour brief history of Ireland that was absolutely brilliant. He had a great sense of humour,... More

Led by students, this covered the important points of Dublin history. Keep in mind that it is a walking tour and while terrain is level, distance may be a bit much for some. I particularly enjoyed references to the Easter Rising and the in depth look at Dublin Castle. I highly recommend this.

This tour had a great story at every turn. Our guide, Alex, packed a ton into a short time- from the Vikings all the way to James Joyce.

I would highly recommend the Historical Walking Tour of Dublin. Trinity College dates back to the reign of Queen Elizabeth 1

Myself and my family have recently done a walking tour of Dublin. Even though we live in Dublin we never really get to look around. You get to see Dublin from a different angle and away from the hussel and bussel. It was a great experience and we all really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

If you want to learn about Ireland and Dublin, this is your tour. Not only is Tommy Graham a great guide when it comes to telling you facts and tidbits about the local history, he is a very fun person, too! One of the best walking tours I've been to in any country. Even though there are free alternatives in... More

The group was larger than I expected - maybe 25ish people - but the guide managed it fine. It was informative, but we begged off after 2 hours and 20 minutes as it was longer than we expected. (Although looking at the website it says 2 hours+). I think we were cold and lacked the attention span at the end.... More

I went with a group of ladies from a Ladies Club and we were shown around the Grafton Street, College Green and O'Connell Street areas. Our guide must have been a history student - he certainly knew his stuff. He brought us into a very grand room in the Bank of Ireland, College Greeen (which used to be the House... More
