An address to remember! an Irish atmosphere, a lovely waitress, a great bartender too, a cuisine with traditional menus, I really recommend this restaurant, I will come back if I pass through Dublin again! Thank you for this party.

What a gem to find on a busy March day recently. Very comfortable, great service, fabulous staff, fantastic location, just off O'Connell Street. Staff remembered some of our group from a visit the day before. Spirits not watered down, unlike a pub not too far away from them on O'Connell Street itself. Pub is family run and this shows in the care they take and attention to detail. All the way through to having one of the family on the door, to keep possible trouble out. Food lovely, reasonably priced for city centre and great atmosphere with good live music. Will definitely revisit when next in Dublin.

We came here one Monday evening mainly for something to eat . The food was great . We had seafood chowder and chicken wings to start with , both were exceptional . Main courses were really good to . The staff were really friendly so couldnt really fault it.

Called in recently as a party of five for dinner and drinks. It came recommended and they weren't wrong. Staff were super friendly and very efficient. Pints were excellent but the food was the star of the show. Three fish and chips and two scampi comprised the order. The dishes were all perfectly freshly cooked and quite reasonably priced. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Went here after Glasnevin visit. Went I by chance and it was brilliant. Friendly locals, professional bar staff and good beer. Food was very good, my wife had scampi and I had collar of bacon. Barman was a bit perplexed when I asked to see the chef, I just wanted to check that it wasn’t my mum as the parsley sauce and bacon were as good as hers! Next time in Dublin, I’ll be back for the craic and the great welcome. Thanks Brannigans

I had sourced this bar as a place to eat on our first night, and we loved it so much we went back another three times during our trip.
The place is not too big, the staff very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable too. You are served at the table too.
On our last night one of us had a birthday and upon asking, the staff found a candle and lit it with our desert. Over and above the usual service.
Full of locals and tourists, who are all treated the same.

Stumbled across this pub looking for somewhere to eat!!
The guy was so friendly when we went in, and found us a table!!
We ordered food which came within 20 minutes! It was clearly home cooked and piping hot!
Scampi and chips was the best I’ve had, others had chilli con carne, and chicken curry which were equally delicious!!

We ate twice here while in Dublin on the recommendation of a Dublin bus driver. The staff was warm and friendly. It was our first real meal of the day after arriving in Dublin that morning. Guinness stew was delicious! Came with mashed potatoes, cabbage and carrots. The second time I had fish and chips and it was the best I had in Ireland! Lots of locals in as well---very snug friendly place.

Went here with my boss to grab a good, hearty dinner after a day business trip. Service was personal and impeccable! Food was tasty, well cooked, served hot. And the pints were perfect!
