Visited with 4 young children recently. Really lovely woodland walk, beautiful gardens, plenty for green space to have a picnic, or kick a ball etc. The Fairy was a nice find which included a place to leave a 'doddy' if needed! :) Suitable for all...More

Park is great, called into Brambles for something to eat with family staff could not care less. I asked for my fork to be changed as it was filty dirty. Staff just huffed won't be back there again..

I live right next to this park and go here quite often. It is a lovely place to go for a while with a brilliant playground and pitches to play on. There are also tennis courts that anyone can go to at anytime for free!...More

Beautiful park. The only downside is the Coffee Shop. The service in the Coffee Shop (Brambles?) is simply awful... The waiting staff look so unhappy, lazy, careless and annoyed at the same time. And the food is really forgettable

Great place for a lovely walk, it has a lake, children's play area, football fields, a fairy tree and sometimes fayres.

Great place for kids scooting and cycling and lovely market for lunch (brill falafels!) Pity about the train - very short ride and u pleasant driver - please sort out your attitude when you are around kids

Beautiful walk around the grounds. Parking can be a bit tight on the weekends. Holds a small market on the weekends. On site small coffee shop with with friendly staff. Large play ground at the back beside football fields.

There are two playgrounds (that I know of) in Markey Park, both of which are excellent. The one we visited was clean, well maintained and suitable for all ages. you can also drive into the park and park your car right opposite this particular play...More

An excellent safe play are. Perfect for all ages. The park also boasts a really fab miniture railway! A perfect play place. An be busy with people on the weekends...
