Beautiful house free to visit when not used as a guest house for visiting dignitaries. House and gardens open to the public for free, and used as a venue for music and family activities. A treasure to visit any time of the year.

You can get the number 37 Bus from Ushers Quay in Dublin City to the Gate of the Phoenix park. From there it's a 10 minute walk to The Farmleigh estate. You could get a cab from the city centre also or bicycle rental is also... More

No booking required but check markets are on before arriving as they are not on every week

I think it would be about a 20 minutes to half hour from the airport.
