We visited the gardens and did the free house tour. Both are very nice with a very informative tour guide. The house tour takes about 45 minute.

Farmleigh is a great place to visit. There is so much to see. The Clock Tower, The Sunken Garden, the Walled Garden, The House, Courtyards and grounds. Plenty of free parking. This is one of the nicest treasures in Dublin. I regularly visit and enjoy.

Being a free tour, everyone should give this a try. The grounds are well maintained and there are guides are pro being as they deal with dignitaries often.
