Walk through Dublin and you can't miss this iconic bridge, even if you don't want to cross the water you will still appreciate it's simplicity and the history behind it.

It is a brige. Not a lot you can say. Design was different but attractive. I do not know the history but do know it is busy to cross both on foot and in Car. There is an old pub on the far side which...More

This iconic bridge is in the middle of town, and free. One cannot go to Dublin and miss this. I suggest taking a long walk in Dublin in order to see the many sites. It's quite walkable.

Officially named the Liffey Bridge but better known as the Ha'penny Bridge, this pedestrian bridge was built in 1816 and crosses the River Liffey. It is a beautiful bridge which offers a great vantage point to take pictures from and is also picturesque in itself....More

Ha'penny is a lovely bridge with excellent views of the city. However, it is very crowded and not really the place for reflecting or having conversation, as the locals actively use it for transport. There are some fantastic views near the Tara station and fewer...More

A picturesque way to cross the river and a nice way to see down both ways. Also nice to see the various padlocks attached and the words inscrolled on them.

Centrally located tourist attraction in Dublin which lends itself to a photo or two! Don't forget to visit The Winding Stair restaurant at the other side of the bridge.

This is one of several small bridges necessary to get around in the city. Not much to say other than it is named because historically it cost 1/2 penny- now free.
