I passed through this place twice this week for fist time using Belfast/Dublin service. The terminal is very big and very busy with buses going all over Ireland. It has adequate retail and catering facilities but not enough seating. As in other reports the toilets are downstairs, not easy for older passengers or with prams. Bit of an odour though... More

Despite writing a year ago to CIE nothing has changed. Grotty stinking toilets with grime everywhere. The place us a health hazard.

To compliment all your members of staff at the depot in particular Aiden. My daughter treated me to a trip to Dublin for the day prior to my going into hospital. We had difficulty printing tickets at the depot for our return to England and to our horror the battery went on my daughters mobile. Aiden not only charged her... More

The good news is you can get buses to the whole country from here. The bad news is it is a cold and miserable place to wait for a bus. Facilities are poor and staff are not that friendly.

I have used this bus station at least once a week for the past 6 months. While the buses generally run on time and there are plenty of seats , there are some problems. The minor problems include a lack of an ATM in the station and the shop closing relatively early. The major problem in this Bus station and... More

Seriously disgusting place & for many it's the 1st point of call for tourists coming into Ireland . A lot of the staff are unhelpful & the place is disgusting . Can't believe it closes its doors at 11 pm & people have to wait outside on the street for a bus to come whenever , with 1 poor security... More

I have been a loyal customer of Bus Eireann for more than 2 years, I don't deserve the treatment of some of the driver, this is the 2nd time they wouldn't let me on board the bus when I'm literally on time (10:30 am), Route 20, which comes every 2 hrs, so I have to wait for 2 hours in... More
