I would highly recommend the Visitor Leap Card to anyone visiting Dublin for 1, 3, or 5 days. It's cheap and unlimited use of the public transit system. There's wifi on-board. The buses were mostly on time - no more than 10 minutes late in my experience.

Best sightseeing tour you can get in Dublin! Really really enjoyed it! And a fantastic bus driver who sings irish songs and has a great voice!! Lots of fun and very informative!

The 2 choices as above are clearly stated on the bus timetables. The multi lingual are so boring so get on a bus where you have live commentary from the driver....they are brilliant, very knowledgeable and delivered with such banter!

This was a great way to see/get around the city. Buses come every 15 minutes and take in most major attractions. Our driver Ken was super, very informative and great craic. His singing was first class and he managed to make us laugh all across Dublin.

Only in Dublin for a couple of days and used Dublin Bus as a transport means. They were great! The drivers are very friendly and basically part time comedians. Made the journey around Dublin worthwhile and informative. And pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. They also give you coupons and a couple of free museum/walking tours entries. And... More

I've been to Dublin twice now and have used the Green Hop On Hop Off busses to get around the city. Not only are the easily visible with regular services, but the stops are situated in handy locations across the city allowing users to access attractions easily. Whilst travelling through the city, audio tracks are played giving information about the... More

Paddy was our driver offered us a deep and friendly overview of the beautiful Dublin. He was talking not just of interesting places of the city also about authors, books and libraries and their relationship with the places that we were looking at. Of course, we take other buses, however, the high quality of his storytelling was overwhelming. We appreaciate... More

Had a great time on the Dublin tour bus. We learnt a lot about the heritage of Dublin and saw all the 'must see' places! This tour bus was included in our bus passes we purchased so was easily accessible.

Firstly, I have to hand it to Dublin and the tourism board who combined the hop on/off tour with the Airline Express from Dublin airport. Great idea and staff at airport hugely friendly and helpful. Combined ticket price also great value for money. My daughter and I hopped on and off a few buses. Each driver/guide had their own unique... More

We bought a 48hr tour ticket which allowed us to get around the City for the whole time we were there. It was lovely seeing everything even though there was a lot of roadworks. We got to see all of the main sites and the bus drivers provided a lot of information as the tour was going on. The drivers... More
