We were staying with friends who live nearby, and were astounded by this treasure. I wish we had had more time to explore it.

Close to Dollymount beach just 5k outside of the city centre, this is a beautiful park with lots to offer. A dog park, duck pond, children's playground, amazing rose garden, tennis courts, football pitches and lots of historical interest.

Great place to walk or walk your dog or jog. Extensive paths for walking or for buggies. Lots of old trees, lovely flower beds and gardens with lots of seating. Playground for children and Olive's cafe. Well worth a visit

There is car parking on the seafront near the duck pond, and up along Watermill Road around the corner. There's also car parking next to the Red Stables. Apart from that, there's free parking on road adjacent to the park.
