A bus tour on a warm day.....not everyone's idea of fun. However, our driver Eion made the trip. He was witty as well as being very knowledgeable about the trip to Wicklow and all of the sights between. The scenery was stunning, breath-taking at times....More

This tour gave you an option of a guided walk, horseback riding or Powerscourt Gardens. We went for the gardens which were perfect. Glendalough was interesting and the views were amazing. More time to walk would have been nice but it started pouring rain. Our...More

We had an awesome day! Our tour guide was very funny and made the trip so interesting. The bus ride was a bit scary at times, not because he was a bad driver but because the roads are so narrow and bumpy! My daughter and...More

We were picked up exactly at the time the coach was supposed to arrive, not even a minute late! I was more than happy to see that this tour was designed for a much smaller group. After two previous 12-hour day bus tours earlier in...More

My friend and I were much intrigued by the possibility to combine a bus tour with a guided walk - which is apparently not offered by many companies - and we had a lovely day with Hilltop Treks indeed. Before we even started, I had...More

The scenery was beautiful and we really enjoyed the small group size (there was 10 of us and the max the tour would have is 16). The horseback riding was very fun and great for beginners!

I was at Lough Dan some years back, and one of the boats used for Vikings was at the edge of the lake. I'm not sure if it is still there or not. It is a pretty remote place, so you'd really need a car or a day's walk to get... More

We opted for the hike--good walking shoes were very useful Those who chose to go horseback riding didn't seem to have special boots though. I would ask the tour office though.
